How to Join PTO

New Members: Purchase your one-time membership ($20 per family, for all kids while at ME)

 

Step 1: Venmo @ptomariemontelementary (listed under Charities on Venmo) $20 with "membership" in the comments

 

Step 2: Click Login at the top of this website and create an account. 

 

Step 3: Download the Membership Toolkit App from the App store (see information below)

 

Step 4: Email Amanda Barnett at Amandahbarnett@gmail.com saying you have completed the above steps.

 

*Once you have sent your Venmo and created an account we will verify and approve your membership and you will gain full assess to the Toolkit!

Throughout the school year, the Wednesday email is your "go-to" news source from the school, PTO, district and community. You must ensure that your email address is "shared" in Final Forms to receive the Wednesday email.

  • To submit PTO-related news, contact the secretary (deadline is Saturday midnight for inclusion in the following Wednesday email).
  • To submit Community-related news (sports or scouts registration, for example), click here.

Need to be reimbursed?
 
Please turn in a copy of your receipt as well as a reimbursement form to the ME PTO Treasurer folder in the school office. There are paper forms available in the folder or you can print your own form from the link below. We are no longer accepting email reimbursements requests.

Mariemont Elementary Directory App

Parents love the added convenience of accessing the directory from the Membership Toolkit App. Quickly connect with other parents in your child's classroom. 

 

The app is available free in the Apple Store and in Google Play. Download it one time for all of the organizations that you are affiliated with that are using the Membership Toolkit.
