BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Celebrate your child’s birthday by participating in the BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB! For a donation of $10 (per student), your child is invited to a special celebration during a school morning. The birthday child selects a new book to donate to our library and then a permanent book plate, with your child’s name is placed inside the book. The birthday child is the first person to check out the book! Each child joining the Birthday Book Club receives a personal invitation before the celebration as a reminder. They will also receive a little treat bag to bring home. The celebration is held in the school library!

To sign up please Venmo @ptomariemontelementary $10 for each child. Please note in comments: Birthday Book Club and the Child/Children's names. Then, fill out this google form for each one of your children participating.
The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, October 15th!
