Carnival Bands
If you plan on attending this year’s ME PTO Carnival, you need a carnival band! Carnival sales begin
Tuesday, April 21nd through Tuesday, May 5th . Again this year, carnival goers have the choice of
purchasing a game band for $25 (including unlimited game play, access to inflatables, & photo
booth) and/or a separate food band for $5 (including two slices of LaRosa’s pizza, popcorn and drink).
Just complete the attached form indicating number of bands needed, oldest child’s homeroom
teacher, and include your payment (cash or check accepted). Please make checks payable to “ME
PTO.” Students may return completed forms along with payment to homeroom teachers through
Wednesday, May 6th . Envelopes containing your purchases will be distributed to your oldest child in
homeroom on Thursday, May 7th . Carnival Bands will be available to purchase day of via Venmo
only.
IF ANY FAMILY IS PURCHASING MORE THAN 2 CARNIVAL BANDS, THE FIRST TWO BANDS ARE REGULAR
PRICE AND ANY ADDITIONAL BANDS ARE $10. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THIS ONE YOUR ORDER FORM.

Raffle Baskets
Purchase tickets for your chance to win an AMAZING class and/or community sponsored basket!
One ticket for $5 or five tickets for $20! Simply indicate the number of tickets you would like to
purchase on the attached form. Please include your payment (cash or check accepted). Be sure
to write your name and phone number clearly on the back of the ticket. Place your completed ticket
in the ticket box for the basket you hope to win during the Carnival. Drawings for all raffle baskets will
take place at 7:45pm. Winner does not need to be present and will be contacted by the phone
number included on the ticket. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase day of via Venmo only.
